Certified Cisco CCIE Collaboration Engineer to lead and manage our collaboration infrastructure. The CCIE Collaboration Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization’s unified communication and collaboration solutions.
Requirements:

- Stay updated with the latest Cisco collaboration technologies and solutions and propose innovative enhancements to the collaboration

- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express & Enterprise (UCCX/UCCE), Call Recording
- Any background in Data Network technologies such as routers, switches and firewalls are a
- Protocols: TCP/IP, IP subnetting, VLAN’s, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, QoS, SIP, 323, MGCP, SCCP
- Participate in network and collaboration architecture planning and design
